Problems in Preparing Medical Certificate

Abstract

|
|
Doctors work for patients and country in three ways.
Diagnosis and treatment of disease is one thing, preventing disease is another.
The other way to serve for society is preparing medical document which is essential for management of official and private affairs by government, public offices and companies.
But in case offenders and victims exist, the contexts of medical certificate have great influences over the legal punishment of the offenders and economic compensation for the victims. So doctors who published medical certificates sometimes are
involved
in such troubles.
Therefore doctors are unwilling to publish such documents and have a little hesitations when they are asked to.
We want to review the provisions of legal regulations and practical problems in preparing medical ertificates and also want to suggest some ways for better preparation of medical certificate.
